If you are an Analog Purist chasing a specific grail or a unique vision for a Duo, Trio, or Anthology, we take on the mission to recover it. You give us the treasure you seek; we find it, verify it, and bring it home to you so you can Soothe your Sonic Soul.
THE RECOVERY PROCESS:
- The Sonic Icon Dream: You choose the album from the discography of your own, personal Sonic Icon and the specific analog formats you’ve been dreaming of. This is the blueprint for our catch-and-release service.
- Mapping & Recovery: Sallye’s draws the map and tracks down the media for our Sonic Soul Seeker client. We buy the products ourselves, handling the logistics and the legwork to secure each piece of your trove.
- The Verification & “What If” Transfer: Once the treasure is recovered, we ensure it meets Sallye’s Sonic Standard. We perform all mechanical maintenance (new pads/splices, R2R tape leads, vinyl & shellac cleaning, etc.) and confirm acoustic integrity through rigorous testing on period-correct components.
- For the definitive analog archive, we can facilitate a high-fidelity Archival Sonic Transfer (such as Quad 8-track to Quad Reel-to-Reel) to complete a sonic history that never existed in a retail box.
